Jill Dickie takes on the new role of Director of Member Engagement and Operations for TRAVELSAVERS, while Rosemary Sarkis assumes the same position for NEST. In addition, Serra Wheeler has been promoted to Senior Business Analyst for NEST.

Dickie brings almost four decades of industry experience to the role, spanning the supplier and retail sectors. During her 13 years with TRAVELSAVERS, she has forged strong relationships with agencies, serving as a valued advocate for their success.

With more than 40 years of industry experience on both the advisor and supplier sides, she has a strong record of developing and supporting agency relationships to drive success and innovation. Sarkis will continue to play a pivotal role in delivering the high-touch service that defines NEST.
