With so many changes in the supplier world, along with increased traveler demands each year, you can be assured the TSA Hotel Program is here to help keep you and your agency grounded when it comes to booking the best unrestricted hotel rates for your clients. Since 1970, the TSA Hotel Program has enabled corporate and leisure travel advisors to efficiently manage their travelers’ hotel needs, saving them time and money, while earning agency commissions.

For this year, travel advisors now have access to more than 51,000 hotels and 1M+ serviced apartments in 9,000+ cities across 190+ countries. Benefits of using the TSA Hotel Program include:

Last room availability
BAR or Better than BAR rates. Many of our hotel partners offer 5%, 10%, and even up to 25% off the best available rate, giving you the edge on the best pricing available
Commissionable rates up to 15%
52% of properties include complimentary breakfast in our rates
Wi-Fi included at 91% of hotels
Complimentary upgrades at participating hotels based on availability
Late check-in/check-out at participating hotels
Other benefits may include fitness center access, exclusive promotions, F&B discounts, and more.
…and finally, you have the support of the TRAVELSAVERS Hotel Division behind you, particularly when an issue arises. We advocate on your behalf, and our effectiveness is further reinforced when the booking(s) in question is made on the TSA rate code.

GDS

“TSA” is the primary rate access code for booking the TSA Hotel Program rate. If you do not see the TSA rates in your GDS for hotels participating in our program, please email me at wbennett@travelsavers.com. Often, it may be a matter of enabling your agency’s viewership of the rates.

No GDS

If you do not use a GDS to book hotels, not to worry, you can still book the TSA rates using tripXpress, Be sure to look for the “TRAVELSAVERS Preferred Rates” in your hotel search results. They are the same TSA rates as would be listed in the GDS.
