Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc is located in the heart of Courmayeur — Italy’s oldest ski resort village. The
picturesque mountain scenery makes it an attractive year-round destination for those visiting the Alps.
Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc enjoys an
exceptional location, just a stone’s throw away from
the town’s pedestrian area, shopping and ski lifts.
The hotel complex consists of four main buildings:
the central Club House with all the facilities; and
three connected chalets with 72 guest rooms and suites.
Since opening in 2014, Grand Hotel Courmayeur
Mont Blanc has become a favorite retreat of the area.
Each of the hotel’s wide selection of refined and
elegant rooms and suites are beautifully appointed,
featuring precious contemporary furniture, elegant
bathrooms, spectacular windows with stunning views
and the most up-to-date comforts.
The Restaurant La Fourchette offers unforgettable
panoramic views of the Mont Blanc chain and the
Brenva Glacier. Guests feast on amazing chef-inspired
traditional Italian food with a healthy dose of
mountain flavors and ingredients. Bar Equinox, with
its outside terrace is perfect for afternoon teas,
evening aperitifs and after-dinner cocktails. Elysium,
the hotel’s high-tech wellness center, offers body
treatments and massages, an indoor swimming pool
with circular waterfall and hydromassage jets, beauty
salon, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness gym, a relaxation
room, and chromotherapy and multi-sensory showers.
Courmayeur sits at the foot of Mont Blanc, central
Europe’s tallest mountain and is home to Europe’s
highest botanical garden, Giardino Botanico Alpino
Saussurea. In the summer months Courmayeur is a
popular destination for hikers and mountain bikers.
The lush Aosta Valley surrounding Courmayeur is on
Mont Blanc’s sun-kissed side, offering great eye-
popping views of the Alpine summits, glaciers, and
abundant fir and larch tree forests. Miles of hiking
and mountain bike trails intertwine throughout the
region, and over 100 ancient castles dot the valley
— many open to the public. Numerous festivals take
place here each year.
