Savoring the Flavors
Regent Seven Seas Cruises recently unveiled the
largest specialty restaurant at sea with the elegantly
enhanced Compass Rose. Ensuring a tantalizing mix
of new and familiar items on every visit, the new
lunch and dinner menus offer a vast selection to meet
the discerning tastes of their guests. For lunch, a
robust list of appetizers and main courses from
specialty restaurants are available, and for dinner
guests have the unique ability to design their very
own entrée from preferred sides, sauces, pastas and
proteins. This is in addition to sinfully indulgent
desserts made by talented bakers and pastry chefs.
Guests will also be able to secure reservations for
Seven Seas Voyager’s
newest restaurant, Chartreuse,
featuring modern French cuisine. First courses
offer items like steak tartare with caviar, duck foie
gras terrine and escargot in a rich Burgundy sauce.
Soup options include a delectable fish stew, a beef
consommé and a cream of artichoke. Yet the star
of the evening are the entrees that include French
standards, such as Coquille Saint Jacques sea scallops
and beef ribs with seared foie gras.
Explore the World
Beyond the Mediterranean, wherever guests choose
to sail aboard the ships of Regent Seven Seas Cruises,
they enjoy the world’s most inclusive luxury
experience. Each voyage promises an unforgettable
journey to the world’s greatest destinations across
Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas, where
everything is included, without exception and
without compromise.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises boasts an opulent four-
ship fleet —
Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Voyager,
Seven Seas Mariner,
and
Seven Seas Navigator
—
and together they will sail more than 100 voyages
during the 2018-2019 season, including
Grand Arctic
Splendors,
an exciting 89-night Grand Voyage, sailing
roundtrip New York, that will take adventurous
travelers to Greenland, Iceland and Northern
Europe without having to fly across the Atlantic. This
collection of voyages also includes an epic 131-night
World Cruise, sailing from Los Angeles to New York
on January 4, 2019.
Seven Seas Explorer
returns to the Baltic with over
250 FREE Shore Excursions that give guests insight
into its modern capitals and hidden gem cities, as well
as great shopping and world-class dining. She then
sails inaugural voyages to Africa and South America.
Seven Seas Mariner
sails across Asia on six distinct
itineraries.
Seven Seas Navigator
cruises along the
capitals and coastlines of Canada and New England
in 2018, allowing guests to trace the history of the
American Revolution along Boston’s Freedom Trail
under a canopy of bright leaves. And as mentioned,
Seven Seas Voyager,
fresh from her redesign, offers
numerous 7-night itineraries in the Mediterranean
and later in the Caribbean.
This is cruising as it was meant to be — a
sumptuous and very personal experience where every
wish, every whim and every want are met with
gratifying luxuries, satisfying comfort and the
romance of traveling to the destinations discerning
world explorers yearn to visit the most.
