Oceania Cruises’ culinary

and sourcing only the finest ingredients from around
the world, from prized Castilla-La Mancha saffron
to fine French flour. The fleet’s artisanal ingredients
include: premium French flour custom-milled
to exact specifications; dry-aged certified Black
Angus USDA Prime beef; and fine French AOC
cheese, distinguished by the French designation of
Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée which protects both
the style and origin of the cheese.
Spacious Galleys.
The ships’ spacious state-of-
the art galleys, akin to those in Michelin-starred
restaurants, are appointed with only the finest
cutting-edge culinary equipment. The galleys
feature specialty culinary equipment such as
Carpigiani gelato machines from Italy to craft fresh,
delicious gelato flavors daily.

Of course, the fleet’s
distinguished chefs, selected from the world’s best
restaurants, are the true masters behind the magic
of the cuisine. The talented and innovative chefs
are selected from the world’s best restaurants such
as Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Bulgari Tokyo
and Relais & Châteaux. They have worked under
a number of culinary legends such as Paul Bocuse
and Alain Passard, and bring their high-caliber
training and expertise to our galleys. Each dish the
chefs create is a study in age-old culinary technique
and tradition. Finally, the impressively high ratio of
culinary staff to guests raises the bar even higher —
everything from stocks and sauces to pastries and
petit fours is created from scratch and each dish is
truly finished à la minute.
