About the Position

We are looking for corporate travel representatives to join our remote workforce. Agents handle incoming calls from clients looking to book all trip components (air, car, hotel, and rail) in accordance with corporate policy to best meet customer travel objectives. Candidates must be able to handle reservations via phone and queues. Candidates must have the ability to problem solve and follow client policies and procedures. Strong international or ticketing experience a plus.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience working in a corporate travel environment
  • Proficiency on at least one GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Travelport +, Worldspan or Amadeus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
  • High-speed Internet access and a quiet work area at home as well as own computer and headset (specs available)
  • Self-starter capable of working independently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility and ease
  • Aptitude for providing superior, personalized customer service to a diverse clientele
  • Outstanding listening skills to identify needs by asking questions to elicit what customers really want

About the Position

Duties include

  • Learn TRAVELSAVERS business, processes and cycles to best support planning, forecasting, analyzing and reporting financials
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on projects, ensuring proactive communications
  • Create and maintain databases and financial systems including relevant documentation, tracking and follow up
  • Analyze large amounts of data to determine past results and share forecasts for the future, both short and long term
  • Own planning, forecasting and reporting cycles
  • Partner in the budgeting and strategic planning processes
  • Communicate with accounting on cashflow related matters
  • Communicate with preferred partners on revenue report analytics and reporting
  • Gather data from multiple sources for ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 2 years of related work experience is FP&A role with experience in planning, accounting, and reporting, preferably in a travel capacity

About the position:

TRAVELSAVERS is searching for a Data Analyst to handle multiple day-to-day responsibilities as well as manage special projects. The role will focus upon data and finance for multiple brands internationally with the goal of providing accurate data in a timely fashion, creating automation where possible, and ensuring process improvements as possible. Project functions include gathering project requirements, documentation, reporting on project and ensuring deadlines are met on time and, if applicable, within budget.

Data Analyst Job Responsibilities Include:

· Learn internal software, business processes and cycles to understand how data is used and where improvements can be made

· Use of digital spreadsheets to input, organize, update, track, and analyze data

· Transfer of data onto templates, format, and upload into appropriate software program

· Transfer of data onto digital templates

· Pull reports from marketing and sales software programs.

· Update data on extranet calendar

· Format database for mass mailings

· Create templates and update as needed

· Partner with stakeholders to understand and document projects

· Communicate updates and progress on projects

· Assist in creating &/or updating presentations as needed

· Assist in tracking project performance

· Partner with other departments on data projects

Qualifications / Skills/Requirements:

· 2 years of related work experience is desired

· Proficiency with MS Office, including high level of proficiency with Excel; writing formulas and creating macros a plus

· Analytical thinking is a must

· Interest in data and technology is very helpful

The Position:

KORE is looking for a Director, Sales and Service to manage the KORE program. The successful applicant will oversee the curriculum, including updating content and shareholder relations. They will own sales and marketing, including attracting and recruiting students; building relationships with prospects, students and graduates; and promoting the program.

 

This position will handle sales and service responsibilities, engaging and enrolling new students and encouraging their progress through the curriculum. The successful applicant will represent KORE to a variety of audiences at trade shows and other events.

 

The successful candidate must have strong sales, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. The ideal applicant is familiar with the travel industry and educational programs and possesses a track record of delivering exceptional results.

 

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and tactics to achieve targets, including identifying prospects, cultivating connections, articulating value proposition and enrolling students
  • Attend consumer and industry trade shows to represent the brand and recruit students
  • Speak with prospects to highlight program and encourage enrollment
  • Register new students
  • Handle welcome calls and monthly check-ins with students
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to colleagues, advisors, suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Host informational webinars
  • Manage and attend quarterly KORE fam trips

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of sales experience with track record of success in closing agreements
  • Minimum three years of travel industry experience
