About the Role
The Vice President, Supplier Relations is responsible for building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with the company's land and river suppliers. This role oversees all aspects of supplier management, from supplier selection and contract negotiation to ongoing performance monitoring, marketing planning, and relationship development. The VP, Supplier Relations ensures a robust supplier portfolio that meets the needs of our agencies and supports the company's goals and objectives.

The Supplier Relations Coordinator will interface with clients and the in-house marketing team to execute and manage marketing programs supporting a diverse range of travel products. About the Position
TRAVELSAVERS is searching for a Financial Analyst with travel vertical experience to join our corporate supports team. The role is responsible for forecasting, data analysis, and reporting.
Duties include
· Learn TRAVELSAVERS business, processes and cycles to best support planning, forecasting, analyzing and reporting financials
· Partner with cross-functional teams on projects, ensuring proactive communications
· Create and maintain databases and financial systems including relevant documentation, tracking and follow up
· Analyze large amounts of data to determine past results and share forecasts for the future, both short and long term
· Own planning, forecasting and reporting cycles
· Partner in the budgeting and strategic planning processes
· Communicate with accounting on cashflow related matters
· Communicate with preferred partners on revenue report analytics and reporting
· Gather data from multiple sources for ad hoc projects as needed
· Identify and report on opportunities and risks
· Communicate variances proactively
· Focus on automation and process improvement as possible
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
· 2 years of related work experience is FP&A role with experience in planning, accounting, and reporting, preferably in a travel capacity
· In depth analytical ability with strong attention to detail and follow up
· Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
· Strong collaboration skills
· Ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels
· Ability to work autonomously at a strategic level with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail
