How to Book the TSA Hotel Program in Your GDS

It’s certainly been quite a year, and while there’s still work to be done before the end, I’m looking forward to the new year ahead with optimism for increased travel, new business opportunities, and a stable travel market for all.

As this is the last issue of Advisor’s Advice for the year, I thought I’d provide a brief review of the TSA Hotel Program and a reminder of how you can access and book the TRAVELSAVERS Preferred Rates in GDS using our primary TSA rate access code. Here’s a detailed look at how to do it based on the GDS you use:

The TSA rates offer the least restricted, preferred rates in the GDS, with BAR, or better than BAR rates, as well as last room availability in the rate category. The best part of the program is  that it’s available to all active TRAVELSAVERS and NEST member agencies.

If you don’t see the TSA rates in your GDS for a hotel(s) participating in our program, please email me directly at wbennett@travelsavers.com.

If you do not use GDS to book hotels, not to worry, you can still book the TSA rates using tripXpress, Be sure to look for the TRAVELSAVERS Preferred Rates in your hotel search results. These are the same TSA rates that are listed in the GDS, giving you the same best available rates and discounts.
