Benefits of the TSA Hotel Program

I hope the year is off to a good start for you and your business. I’ve said it many times, but it bears repeating…we are thankful for the trust you have put in the TSA Hotel Program in the past year, and we are ready to once again be of service to you for another prosperous year ahead.
Since 1989, the TRAVELSAVERS Hotel Division has been offering a complimentary TSA Hotel Program to corporate and leisure agencies, enabling travel advisors to efficiently manage their travelers’ hotel needs, saving them (and you) time and money.
Each year, we continue to grow the program, and you now have access to over 45,000 hotels in 9,000+ cities in 190+ countries worldwide, many with the below value-added benefits:
- Last room availability
- 50% of properties include complimentary breakfast in our rates
- 80% include Wi-Fi in our rates
- Commissions of up to 15%
- BAR or Better than BAR rates for TRAVELSAVERS members
- Complimentary upgrades at participating hotels
- Early check-in/late check-out at participating hotels
- 1 million+ serviced apartments, offering additional accommodation types for your guests
- Other benefits may include fitness center access, exclusive promotions, discounts, and more
Book the TSA or TS8 rate codes in GDS
TSA is our primary TRAVELSAVERS Preferred Rate, which provides last room availability, least restricted rates and is the standard consortia rate that is commissionable. It must always be offered by our hotel partners. TS8 is our TRAVELSAVERS Deals Rate, which allows hotels to provide restricted rates (like minimum stay requirements), unique TRAVELSAVERS promotions, or pre-paid rates. The TS8 rates also provide a commission to travel advisors but they may not always be available from all our hotels, depending on the promotion. Be sure to search for both rate options for the best choices when booking for your clients. No GDS? Use tripXpress
If you do not use a GDS to book hotels, then tripXpress is your answer. tripXpress is our online booking solution for travel advisors to book hotels, cruises, tours, activities, and more. When searching for a hotel in tripXpress be sure to look for the TRAVELSAVERS Preferred Rates in your search results. These are the same TSA rates as would be listed in all GDS, giving you the same best available rates and discounts. If you need training on the tripXpress booking engine, please reach out to your dedicated Business Analyst and they will be happy to assist.
