An à la carte menu offers a subtle marriage of flavors with seasonal variations created by world-renowned Chef Guy Martin and skillfully presented by Hotel du Louvre’s Chef Denis Bellon. Each week, Chef Bellon proposes a new menu featuring fresh and delicate cuisine highlighting local and seasonal products.
